Q1. How long does shipping take?
A1.Orders are usually delivered within 3–7  WD days in the RO and 7–10 days in the E.U..

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and courier schedules.

 

Q2. Are the pieces really handmade? Will they all look the same?
A2. Yes — every Luvilights piece is sculpted and shaped by hand in our studio in Bucharest.
This means that subtle variations in form or texture are natural, and are part of what makes your lamp truly one-of-a-kind.

Q3. Can I return my order?
A3. Yes, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is:

• in the same condition as received

• unused, without signs of wear

• returned in the original packaging

Note: Custom-painted items (such as White or Black finishes) are considered personalized and cannot be returned, unless a genuine manufacturing defect is present.

Q4.Does the lamp come with a bulb?
A4. No—  light bulb it is not included, recommended bulb is E27 as dimension.

Q5. How do I clean the lamp?
A5. Gently dust using a soft brush or feather duster or blower.
Do not wash with water and avoid pressing the surface — each piece is hand-sculpted and should be handled with care.

Q6.Can I request a custom size?
Yes — we create custom pieces upon request.
